For the Private Sector

KFAS provides a number of programs for the private sector that aims to develop human capital and research within enterprises. We fund research and seminars that help identify obstacles and devise solutions to Kuwait’s economic challenges, we offer capacity-building innovation training programs for private sector employees and we facilitate collaboration with international institutions to enhance business development and research to further transform Kuwait’s economy into a knowledge-based economy.

Investing in human capital is at the core of KFAS mission, hence, we provide a number of capacity-building training programs for the private sector locally and internationally. These programs aim to promote a culture of innovation in business. Our partnerships with international training institutes and universities include Harvard and UC Berkeley.

Harvard Kennedy Program

Harvard Kennedy Program is a custom executive education program targeting the needs of the Kuwait private sector.

Navigating Change: Decision-Making, Negotiation and Leadership Strategies

March 14 – 19, 2021 
Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA

This customized program explores new methods of working across traditional sectors and organizational divisions to identify, understand, and address emerging business and public problems. Led by Professor Kessely Hong, the Harvard Kennedy School faculty team has designed an impactful and interactive curriculum specifically tailored to address the challenges and opportunities presented to managers, equipping them with the collaborative and innovative tools needed in today’s reality.
The program will focus on understanding your own motivations and purpose as leaders, as well as how to recognize and adapt to a changing environment to lead your organization, identify key information, make difficult decisions, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
